Daniel. 23. Maine.

I miss the mountains. I miss the dizzy heights.
All the manic, magic days and the dark, depressing nights.

when people defend pop stars who lipsync with “but they’re dancing! it’s impossible to dance like that and sound good!”

i’m just like

have you ever seen a musical before? no lipsynching going on there and the actors are dancing for their lives while doing like 6 part harmonies and being near pitch perfect

you either have the talent to sing live or you don’t. end of story.

Chipotle - Jeremy Jordan
From his solo LA show (5/5/2014)

For callbacks, you sing a song from the show, but you also prepare a funny song. So I go home, […] and I realize that Bobby Lopez […] also wrote the music to Avenue Q. And so I decided that I was going to take the song “Purpose”, from Avenue Q, and maybe do something cool with it. Maybe spice it up a bit.

  • Track: Chipotle
  • Artist: Jeremy Jordan
  • Album: Breaking Character (Los Angeles, 5/5/2014)
  • Plays: 696
